So don't take this post as opposing your eminently sensible point of view. I am not personally aware of the details of what has been holding DMX back. HC wouldn't allow WF10 trials. HC is (in effect) blocking Pennsaid, while it holds the company up for ransom, and leaks the results before the market finds out (twice). No corruption there! HC quickly whips inferior products through to approval (ahead of the FDA ), and leaves DMX twisting in the wind. Yup. No corruption, there. Some on SH post that management is incompetent. Are they right? Who knows? Chief found a whole pile of things he didn't like. One of the most prolific posters on the SH boards PMs me that the professional investment community is avoiding DMX like the plague. Another PMs me to sell. REK keeps her own counsel (no pun intended) and a lot of shareholders, including the longs, would like to see many questions answered. Against that you have a drug of known efficacy and safety, already used by thousands in Canada, approved and selling slowly in the UK. We have a factory inspection by the FDA, a process known to occur only when they look favourably on the drug, anyway. We see McNeil assisting DMX in preparing the factory, which tends to confirm REK's statement that the McNeil (J+J) deal is still alive, and that they share the desire to get Pennsaid to market. WF10: we have tremendous results from the Vanderbilt P2, and unknown results from the P3. But we see Dr. Pujen having great success with the drug, and anecdotal evidence from people who have used WF10, and swear by it. We see people whose lives are being prolonged by the drug, as we speak. We see a tremendously overdone selloff on the HC news, when the FDA news is far more important. We see the most gawdawful amalgam of conflicting information and reticent management, coupled with the spectre of possible unlawful, corrupt and anti-competitive practices. We see some who say "Any day now" , and others like you who say "Any year now" . We see information that says all the probabilities favor approval NOW, and we see a HISTORY of constant delay, frustration, holdups and anger. We see thoughtful and informed posters, bashers and believers, lined up on both sides of the fence. Some claim they're right, and lecture others every day. Others acknowledge that they don't know. Everybody has an opinion, and no one knows the truth. Certainly, not me. Regards, Jim
