Gapping Down: VSNX -8% (earnings), AGIL -7% (downgraded after missing qtr), NVDA -6% (tops estimates, but discloses SEC inquiry), BRCD -2.5% (sued by competitor). 7:56AM Dell Computer: current qtr estimate trimmed at JP Morgan (DELL) 26.81: JP Morgan trims Q1 est to $0.17 from $0.18 after the co took a more cautious stance on Q1 following a seasonally strong Q4. Firm views DELL as the only investable name in the PC space, and encourages investors to look at the stock below $27. Maintains Long-Term Buy rating and $27 price target. 7:50AM NVIDIA falls to $55.50; Morgan Stanley calls accounting issues benign (NVDA) 62.16: Stock trades down to $55.50 in pre-market after NVDA discloses SEC accounting inquiry.
