I saw where Idaho last week rescinded term limits. I don't know what the answer is. In some states (South Carolina, for instance), election for life (Strom Thurmond) is indeed a reality, as you point out.

Reform is possible. Maybe what happened yesterday is a good first step. Certainly 60 percent of those in Congress think so. We shall see.
