Thanks for the detaild answer to my question. I think you are right: the warrants seem cheap. But how do you explain the fact that yesterday, - despite of thjis - the price of the warrant went down by 13%, while the stock remained almost unchanged. This is puzzeling me. On another note, would it not be prudent, to sell the stock and buy with the cash the same number of warrants? if the firm keeps on reporting such good results it seems possible that by the time the warrants expires, the stock price would be over $20 plus the price of the warrant, actually $1.74?? Or do you think that the proximity of the expiration depresses the warrant so much???Fred
