I don't think that is the argument at all. Maybe you can do a better job of explaining his argument to me. After seeing Neocons posts I was beginning to think "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union ..blah...blah.." and "A government for the people, by the people.. or was it by the people, for the people I forget, was merely our historical past with no relevance today. Any minute now I expect him to produce a reference from the Federalist Papers that suggests they were just kidding. Tom
