They are testing Winstone 99, a 2+ year obsolete benchmark, and they are comparing AMD's fastest processor against Intel's second fastest processor. My claim still stands, if you look at other reviews like Tom's Hardware, etc, where the fastest Intel processor beats the fastest AMD processor in the majority of tests.
