Karen Morgan, 38, punched and kicked a 51-year-old woman outside the store on Sunday, police said. Morgan was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, her foot. The victim, whose name was not released, said the dispute began when she accidentally brought 13 items into a 12-items-or-fewer checkout lane. © 2002 The Associated Press
