38% is just arbitrary I agree. The Nikkei spent years and years in what looks like a b-wave going sideways before collapsing recently. I'm thinking the US won't stagnate like that for years but will clean everything out in a fast collapse. Because of that and looking at longer run MAs and Bollinger Bands (like 80- weeks) I think a bigger rebound first is possible and makes sense. It also fits with my e-wave count to date.
