Is this like giving all A's to the class?

The next thing you know Silver and Bronze will be out and they will only give Gold metals to the top 3 athletes..

Hi Kemble,

Are you going to the shareholders meeting this year? We need to get word to Michael Dell so he will understand how he's losing retail business because his customer service and tech support has "fallen off the cliff".

I can fill you in on some details that I'm sure will raise concern on your part, as well as all the other investors. This is getting to be a serious problem.
