Shack, while the Dow might not be bullish, it sure won't break 9950 on the downside with ease. Even in this little selling frenzy we just had in tech, the Dow didn't budge. If we bounce today, non-tech sure will lead. Look at the Naz dow 1.76% and the S+P down .7% with the Dow down less. If this selling is due to valuations and accounting concerns, it seems odd that it's tech focused. Same as it ever was, I guess.
