The real question with the Mets is who is going to kick the extra points?

The only problem I see is the pitching. They need a real closer. Benitez is terrible in big games. I think I could be the 3rd or 4th starter.

Alomar I'm not too worried about - i dont think his production will be as great as with Cleveland but more due to Shea being a tougher hitter's park than anything

Vaughn is a big question mark - Burnitz less so - i think ya get 30 homers and a .250 BA and 170 K's outta him for better or worse - also, will Cedeno be a headcase as he was in Houston and Detroit? Will Payton get injured again? How's Alfonzo's back? and how will be he at 3rd base?

That's not even getting into their extremely questionable pitching
