Good for the IOC, bad for the ISU. The IOC told the ISU to hurry up and just do the right thing, which was so obvious.

Cinquanto, head of the ISU, was so bureaucratic and ...
During his first press conference, a reporter asked him what sanctions were possible. Before he answered he asked her what country she was from and he looked surprised to hear she was from Germany...attitude

Apparently a British judge filed a complaint too, possibly others.
