Yup, and I totally agree. <bg>

Again, I'm amazed that AMAT can say that CAPEX will be down another 25% this year and the Street rallies the stocks, KLAC through a new 52 week high. I think everyone is tripping over themselves to be in these stocks, trying to get in before the next cycle starts. Problem is, people have been doing this since April 2001, when Jonathan Joseph raised the Equip group due to positive 'turning points'. Anyone hear from that guy again? Nope. The Street has been way early on these stocks and thus they did not get to bottom at trough valuations, thus the semis, when they do crack, will really pressure the NAZ. I can see Zeev's June scenario clearly from this point of view.

orkrious: At current valuations, they are. I am using the SOX index to help me "guess" when the Nasdaq will form a ST bottom prior to its next bounce. For me, SOX 500 level is a good time to re-enter the QQQ's and Nasdaq stocks for a 2-6 week play.
