It's more like PCS and LWIN are falling apart, therefore sell Qualcomm. CDMA issues getting crushed.

Re : Qwest & WorldCom suck -- I think Qwest & WorldCom may both be down LESS today than Leap Wireless (LWIN) and Sprint PCS (PCS).

If so , this is so dumb that I don't even know where to begin ...
