Don't know about VPI, but I've been buying between 9.85 and 9.50.

Maybe it's the 37% of properties in Argentine, or the lower guidance?

Under 10 looks over sold to me.

Warp,

VPI is selling at 1.78X and 1.88X 2000 and 2001 cash flow.

Leverage has increased to 58% and exploration results for 2001 were poor.

Production is up 15.80% from 4Q 2000, and up 3.85% from 3Q 2001.

I think is a steal at 9.5.

I'm Loading up with 2X want I want and plan to sell 1/2 on the next bounce up.
