This is from the January 22, 2002 OPWV Q4 Conference Call from msg #72502:

(1) Verizon, Cingular and ATT Wireless are all ready to release WAP 2.0 (2.5 G) services in the spring 2002.

(2) KDDI and Korea are launching MMS this quarter

(3) Telephone Italy reached 1 million net subscribers milestone in less than 1 year

(4) Spint PCS has over 10 million SMS users using OPWV's product

(5) OPWV has 60% of wireless infrastructure worldwide

(6) OPWV and NOKIA are in partnership to cooperate in MMS technology and OPWV is looking to broader that alliance in the near future since Nokia's 38% handset marketshare is
facing upstream obstacle, it must try to sell color handset with MMS services, that intention brought OPWV and NOKIA much closer.

(7) OPWV will be done with the amortization in 6 quarters

(8) There are 6 UM/IM trial sites at the moment

(9) Catalyst for the March quarter upside is for new application sale (see #8)

(10) OPWV will complete its restructuring in June's quarter, possibly in positive operating income in June's quarter but surely in 2nd half of 2002

(11) GPSM/CDMA handset for 2.5 G will be massively rolled out in the 2nd half of 2002
