I really like Overture's business model.

However, I do have a question about OVER and maybe someone can speak to it:

1) Like ebay OVER has the public do the work and OVER just has to keep the computers running.

2) However, unlike ebay, OVER depends on its clients agreements to stay in business.

3) What happens if YHOO or MSN or whoever simply wakes one day and says "I think we will take over now and do the whole show. As soon as your contract runs out, OVER, it is all over."

In other words, how solid and long lasting are the contracts and what is to prevent clients from leaving the deal?
