When you look at the options exercised and the subsequent sales by Intel officers, you will see that most at exercised at a cost of <$2. These are almost certainly options that are on the verge of expiring. Thus use it or lose it.

agreed but the question was if he indeed sold most of his holdings or just exercised the options?
