Because there isn't one shred of evidence that Bush has told any lies, I don't accept the proposition that Bush is a liar. Assuming, arguendo, however, that Bush WAS a liar, I don't feel anyone who failed to criticize Clinton for his hundreds of substantial lies has the slightest entitlement to criticizing Bush or anyone else for lying. If one supported Gore (or, for that matter, Nadar) in the last election, there simply is no moral ground for criticism of Bush.

Again, there is no evidence Bush lied, so I certainly don't put forth Clinton's pathological lying as any kind of "defense". It is more in the character of, "Where were you when your buddy Clinton was doing it?".
