Zeev, guess I would add shareholders to the list of those who got ripped off on the Telecordia IP deal, paying for it with further dilution. The former CEO maybe knew how to recognize a good basic premise, i.e. stackable laminated Li-polymer cells, but was incapable of understanding enough details to properly value the whole IP package, much less guide the company's successful implementation of the useful portion. Incompetence at the top is seldom rewarded by competence in the lower ranks. <g> As for the current situation and going forward, it is after all a different they now. And to say it again, they are getting only one chance, at least from me. Regards, Gary.

As you know, Corporate Accounting gimmicks are not something new. Even the big blue's (IBM) has an excuse! TYC is terribly infected with Enronitis! Ram
