How about dead bird guts? Used to be a greasy spoon cafe that served a lot of chicken. Once a month they served chicken gizzards, livers and hearts. Big plateful for a quarter. Good eats. The lady who ran the place was bought out for urban renewal. She opened another place and hired her homosexual son who upgraded the menu and added wine. High class cusine in a place called Suzy's Cafe. She died and in her will she gave the place to the city to be torn down and made into a parking lot as she was tired of having her name tied to a gay eatry.
