M, the zero debt, cash rich wireless co's (all with current ratios well over 4) still on my 'watch list' and currently trading below cash value per share are AETH, ALVR, AVGO.
LWIN, which recently caught my eye, is not debt free, but as of last week's earnings report I think they ended the quarter with at least $11.10 per share. I don't know all the numbers for this one - need to much more DD, however, the report was quite positive. - fundamentals and outlook are improving rapidly.
FWIW, LWIN closed yesterday at a new low of around 7, and, after 4th Q report several analysts still have a 30 - 40 12mo price target.
