Guys,

I name that 6 day TA chart formation The CanCan.

Technically its a gap with a leg down and a leg up.

Hi, Mark - First, congratulations, you old stalwart. Congrats to all the stalwarts.

Most pleasant to see the triumph of clear thinking, careful analysis, and thoughtful discussion over helter-skelter, careless blatherskate.

Second, I think we're going to have to make a DMX FAQ. ;- )

The figure was $20 million US, of which $2 million US (10%) was paid as an upfront fee for the standstill agreement. The subject has been much discussed, and was reiterated by Joe, in this post...

On the agreement, much has been written. Likely no longer in effect as such, see...

...but many have recalled statements by REK that the relationship is essentially unchanged.

To support that view, at the risk of repeating, the fact that McNeil was one of a few who assisted DMX in preparing the factory...

(a) tends to confirm REK's statement that the McNeil (J+J) deal is still alive
(b) suggests that McNeil shares DMX's desire to get Pennsaid to market.

Again, we have no certain knowledge, but everything in REK's comments suggests that the deal is a "go". Nothing she has said suggests the contrary, and there has been no other evidence to support the conclusion that the deal, or the relationship, has gone awry.

On balance, the probabilities are still very high that the deal is on. I personally expect it to go into gear quite quickly after approval; I also expect McNeil (J+J) to exert their considerable expertise to get this product in the public's face, bigtime. The marketing campaign is likely being geared up, now.

JMHO...

Regards,

Jim
