Crescent Operating, Inc. (OTCBB:COPI) announced late yesterday that it has executed an agreement with Crescent Real Estate Equities Company (NYSE:CEI) which provides, among other things, the basis for Crescent Operating to file a prepackaged bankruptcy plan that the Company believes will provide for a limited recovery to its stockholders.
