Shares of Dimethaid Inc. soared 25 per cent yesterday. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved the Markham, Ont.-based drug developer's manufacturing plant at Varennes, Que., following an inspection in December, according to a letter to shareholders posted on the company's Web site yesterday.
