We used to go fishing at Port Washington, Wisconsin and a place there served 32 oz. Porterhouse steaks. I've eaten several of them over the years but they might be a little much now. I find I can be happy with a 10-12 oz. ribeye. My wife is at the point where she eats very little beef now. Recently she was having problems with sores not healing well and her doctor gave her some amino acid pills to replace what she wasn't getting from meat. Took care of her problem.
