hi jdn, based on ms. watkins testimony in front of congress the other day, i believe that mr. skilling and mr. fastow will be wearing the pinstripes for few years. the judicial branch of government will set the standard that if this is what you do this is where you are going to spend some time. on two other notes. whats with the abrupt change in command at ibm. everyone knows that ibm massages the numbers but coming from corporate finance, most corporations do. hope that there is no real issue there. lastly, i think the sec should bring back mr. levitt back as a special consultant. rocky.
