About the Ron Paul proposed legislation. Why is it necessary if the constitution already grants congress this authority? Why don't they just act? More importantly why didn't they act during the previous eight year administration when it would have helped? Who controls congress now? Why would a republican want to limit the power of his leader? Having taken the authority and used it, whether constitutional or not, will the executive want to keep it? By keeping the authority can the executive fix the problem? Would the problem be fixed by congress taking back the authority?

When dealing with politicians and bureaucrats there are always lots of questions and few answers, of which 1% may be true,<LOL>
