That is not true. Any food over eaten will cause trouble for your body. You can eat any food in moderation. The extremists that blame all their illnesses on eating any amount of those foods are just fooling themselves.

Get a clue.
Don't over eat.

I think that people vary as to body chemistry and the way they assimilate food. My neighbor is just the opposite in how she lost weight. She raised most of her food in an organic garden and ate very little meat. She also became grossly obese. The last year she has been following the Aitkens diet of mostly meat and cheese and has lost over 100 pounds.
