Lobby effort on specific issues will have a beneficial affect on any new policy. Since, it is a peoples lobby, America1st would be able to poll and present that polling information to the congressperson being lobbied. That person would feel more comfortable with the lobby's position if a poll of the people in his/her district showed they support the lobbies position and, of course, the money would talk as well.
