Sorry, yes it is true, that was not a complete list. Some high school students in a grade 13 common room hammered out the basic idea behind the internet, the TCP-IP minimal three way handshake, synchronous timing to an asynchronous network, minimal data flow, maximal display intelligence to the display program -- all in 1968 -69. (Also the NAPLP video display system)It became milnet then arpanet, then the internet. That was part of the plan. I was in on the committee who basically asked the questions and I answered them. Of course the questions emanated from Norad but we were the architects. Surely you don't think engineers with day jobs devised these kinds of solutions? It works far too well for that.
