To all, "Hey, I know her." While searching for the cartoon network, I came across Wall Street Week. There on the screen was a former colleague from American Capital, Gretchen Lash. She is now Chief Investment Officer with Roger Engemann and Co. in Rose Bowl, California. It is nice to see her in a good job and getting some national media coverage. I didn't hear what she had to say as I was late to the show. This is about the 5th American Capital Alumnus I've seen on that show and that doesn't count folks from Waddell & Reed and The St. Paul Cos. It is nice to see cream rising to the top at least once in a while in the investment game.
