Scott, The quest to become lead counsel/represent the lead plaintiff in a case like this is a real feeding frenzy with enormous stakes for the law firms competing. Milberg wins a very large percentage of those contests in securities litigation. Lieff, Cabraser is another prominent firm in national class action litigation with some outstanding lawyers. Mr. Lerach does not have a reputation for being widely-loved, from what I've read, though I don't think that is his goal in any event. Hope you have a great weekend. jpgill
