Icahn's "interest" in IMCL is total BS and it looks like Waksal himself dreamt this ploy up. Icahn's feigned "interest" is merely a ploy to pressure BMY to agree to favorable restructuring terms with Waksal (i.e., keep him on IMCL payroll rather than kick him and his bro to the curb). It's not going to work because BMY knows very well that if they ditch IMCL, no one else will touch this company with a ten foot pole.

Icahn may be a tennis buddy of Waksal's but he's not going to throw his money into a rathole for him.

Also, the whole shareholder rights deal is an old dot.com company trick to try to portray a company as attractive to potential buyers. It didn't work for the dot.coms and it's not going to work for IMCL. Believe me, no one is looking to buy IMCL with all of it's current baggage. IMCL has always been a one-trick pony and now it looks like that trick was bogus from the start.

best...
