also,we need recognize there was then a huge emotional factor following 9/11.We won't let the horrific act of 9/11 put us down and that fight back spirit also became part of the market,also.
But the hard fact on 9/10 our market was in a very weak state looking to go lower and the realities of the marketplace now are back on center stage, imo.
