Tom: I am not sensitivE to Nextwave doing it! Lots of spectrum holders have done it or are in the process of doing it! Just there is a big difference between building out a market capable of launching subscriber services, and doing a "protection build".. As usual. Some people take Nextwave's propaganda at face value! Their entire sad story has been more of the same. Trying to paint the FCC as the bad guy! When in fact they are the one's that have acted in bad faith! Funny how propaganda works.
