Interesting thing about your numbers is a coming high above
Point #10=2080. And a low here about 1720, above Sep 21, 2001 lows.

A break out above 2080 after 1720 low would result in both
a HIGHER HIGH and a HIGHER LOW, thus breaking the whole
Mar 2000 down movement.

Or another way of saying the same thing would be that a new
bull market started on Sep 21, 2001. And was confirmed by a
break out above 2080 on the "three Line Break" Nasdaq chart.

Time will tell !

That COMP scenario is similar to my own as I have the index finally testing its being downtrend line off the highs which in April/May will be close to 2240.
