I am sure your sluething will bring an answer to this question,it never answered by any klinton felons.Seems algore got away with the temple thing but some woman just received a fine all handled by a Klinton appointee,so just another low grade felon acting as a judge saves algore and his no controlling legal authority while selling us out to china

Ray today issued the following statement: On February 27, 2001, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit affirmed the jury conviction of Jim Guy Tucker for Madison Guaranty/Capital Management Services- related conspiracy and mail fraud charges. When the case was tried in 1996 by the Office of Independent Counsel, Tucker was the governor of Arkansas. Tucker is also awaiting a final sentencing determination on the amount of tax restitution he must pay as a result of his guilty plea in 1998 to separate charges alleging a conspiracy to defraud the Internal Revenue Service in connection with his cable television business. The decision in the Tucker case successfully concludes the remaining litigation of cases brought by the Office of the Independent Counsel. As announced previously, the Office intends to promptly complete final reports in the Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan Association (Whitewater) matter and the investigation involving former President Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. Once filed with the Special Division, reports remain under seal until such time, if at all, the Special Division authorizes public release. There were 16 convictions in the Whitewater investigation. The investigation concerned Clinton and his business associates prior to his Presidency so the comparison to the Clinton Administration is not an apt one. A number of Clinton Adminsitration officals were also indicted and tried for various offenses...
