I made the best dinner tonight. Unfortunately I won't be eating it, as we are going out with friends. But my kids will enjoy it. I had some prosciutto, some artichoke hearts and some fresh mozzarella and I made a pizza out of it. It smells absolutely fantastic. Costco has some very nice prosciutto, if you like that sort of thing. Mr X won't eat it- but the little X's occasionally like some meat. I love to serve it wrapped around melons- but it occurred to me it might be just the thing on pizza.
