Greg, Sorry but you missed the point of the post on NEGATIVE religious fundamentalism. Is this perhaps because you have some of the quality of that type of being? Relative to people with "itching ears" to hear, I haven't met any of them yet. Quite the contrary. When you say that something is what Jesus taught with such certainty, you ignore that there was no WRITTEN teaching at the time. You also ignore the perversions of the gospels over time. Yet you speak with utter certainty. That is the mark of a true believer, Greg. The disdainful approach to anything other than your personal view is not worthy of the Jesus you are advocating.
