Perhaps the next step would be to cut off the water supply to the Palestinian areas within Gaza and the West Bank. Israel could then use "water" as a bargaining chip towards peace.

Israel could offer the Palestinians enough water for the Palestinian's one, and only annual bath, in exchange for the Palestinians leaving for Syria, where they belong.
