Yes, boring fundamentals :-)

The point is that no matter how it got that way (whether caused by VIX @ 60 market scares, or in this case just extreme overbearishness of too many people apparently), time has shown when the Rydex ratio has peaked and started coming down, the VIX has largely been fairly low and then it goes even lower as the ratio declines and the markets heads even higher.

The only odd thing I'll admit is that it appears to be a very freakish divergence to have the bear funds so high and the put buying so low. You'd think the people dumping money into ARKTOS would also be buying some puts?? What explains this?
