I am merely a patient consumer. How could I have upgraded when the services that are available today were only a distant dream yesterday?

Now that the technology is being packaged better, and manufacturers and SPs have finally developed products that incorporate QUALCOMM's superior ASICS the voice only features of analog or early digital are being supplanted. In my case I didn't need to be mobile, still don't, but now that I CAN be mobile with reliable, fast devises, this youngster is ready to spend money to get it.

When does the 0-5 age group actually get their wrist version of GPS? Do you know of any manufacturer addressing this enormous opportunity? Will it be a single purpose phone, 911 only, or will there be other funtions? Why can't I have one as well?
