If AMD completes the conversion of Dresden to 90nm in Q1 2004, and has UMC online, they have no plan on their roadmap to meet any demand increase occuring between the end of Q1 2004 when they would reach full capcity at Fab30, and mid-2005 when they will begin the ramp of the JV fab. This would be five quarters of flat unit production, with the transition from Athlon to Clawhammer eating up increased percentage yield during this time.
