Hi Mark,

Thanks for the article. As always, Warren Buffett cut right through the sophistry of the options swindlers.

The notion advanced that the present structure aligns the interests of existing shareholders with newly minted options holders is hysterically funny. How AmEx's Ray Hirsch could advance such a ludicrous argument is beyond my comprehension. The options packages are diluting the existing shareholder. Hirsch really needs to put a bar of soap to his mouth for his dissembling nonsense.
