Shack, with QCOM weakening, there is a real possibility that if the COMP stays above the Sept. lows on a re-test the NDX will touch or even possibly breach the Sept. lows, depending on how strong MSFT is.

Already we appear to be set in late Feb / early March for the NDX to do a .618 re-trace while the COMP could possibly only do around a .50 re-trace.
