hi jdn,

i agree with mr. tutt. aa must be held accountable for their actions too. they consulted and then overlooked the fraud that was taking place. i do not believe this was an oversight on their part.

there must be a separation between auditing and consulting to prevent future conflicts of interest. you know, i was dating someone at price, waterhouse, coopers, etc. a couple of years ago. they must have seen this coming because they were splitting up the two functions back then.
