Searle, Sure glad that I do not have such a famous name. It must be hard (no pun intended) to live up or down to depending on your genre. Waiting on the news from the home front. Me thinks that we will have the low interest rates for a few months yet, and than we start the wagon down the path of ever higher and higher. I am in hopes that the last up cycle predicted by the guree lasts as long before the 19 week downer. Interesting times that we live in. Terry
