The quote below sums it up for me: Syndicated columnist Cal Thomas noted during a broadcast of 'Fox Newswatch' a comment made by Attorney General John Ashcroft regarding Islam during a pre 9/11 interview. Ashcroft reportedly told Thomas that, "Islam is a religion in which God requires you to send your son to die for him. Christianity is a faith in which God sends His Son to die for you."
