Now I understand.

The easiest way would be to auto forward this html page
(http://groups.google.ca/groups?q=rec.boats.cruising&hl=en&btnG=Google+Search) to an email address at a certain interval.

Basic steps required to do this:

Have a system connected to the Web.
Run a macro or script or utility to automatically get that html page.
Attach the html page to an email message.
Send the email to a recipiant.

This entire process can be automated and scheduled.

Also there are other shareware utilities that will get an html page and send it to an email address automatically.
